The Pessoa Legacy Monoflap is designed with only a single flap. This makes the saddle much lighter and gives the rider increased control because of its close contact with the horse.

Pessoa is made by the Ruiz Diaz brand of saddles. Ruiz Diaz also produce the PDS Carl Hester Collection, Trainers and Anky Saddles. Pedro Ruiz Diaz has been designing and making saddles for over 50 years. His saddlery is still a family ran business, passing on his traditions and ideals to the next generation of saddle designers.
