  • They will stay cold for hours if kept in your Esky with ice at rides. The boot can be applied without freezing,
  • Treatments over 20 mins are not recommended.
  • Acute injuries of the hock are best treated with ice or cold water, while more chronic injuries can benefit from alternating between hot and cold therapies.
